PRE-SESSION INTAKE FORM

A little preparation. A safer start.

Help your instructor get to know the student before the first session.

Step 1 of 5

A few things to know before your session

Please review these reminders before completing the form.

Fields marked * are required.

Rescheduling & cancellations

At least 24 hours before the session: request a change or cancellation in your session group chat. With less than 24 hours’ notice, bookings cannot be changed or cancelled; a late cancellation or no-show counts as a used session. Sessions purchased less than 24 hours before their start time cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

Ready to take part

Each student must complete the waiver and PRE-SESSION INTAKE FORM before their first session of each ski season, using their legal name. All students must wear a helmet throughout the session.

Allow time to get ready

If you need to buy a lift ticket or rent equipment on site, allow 1–1½ hours on weekdays and 2–3 hours on weekends and holidays. Be ready at the meeting point on time.

Arriving late

If a student arrives late, the session still ends at the scheduled time; the missed time is not refunded or made up. If the instructor causes a delayed start, compensation is twice the length of the delay.

Picking up a child

Arrive 15 minutes before the session ends, stay reachable by phone and use the Pickup Code for the handover.
